I love new things!

I went shopping with Robert yesterday and picked up two wonderful things!

First, we went to find me some new runing shoes. We ended up at Fleet Feet and I went throught their whole Fitology process. The taped me runing on the treadmill and measured my feet to help me finf the perfect fit for me. If you need new shoes, I HIGHLY recommend this place. It was SO helpful! I am so excited about my shoes and can't wait to hit the pavement tomorrow. Hopefully, since I spent a good amount of money on them, I will have more motivation to run daily.

Afterwards, we went Target to look for bookshelves. I didn't get the one I want for the living room, but I DID get a perfect case for my bedroom. Before, I had a ton of books all over my living room. It had gotten out of control. I was in DIRE need of this book case. I also went to Peir 1 to look for an accent peice for the book case. I found this one for $4!!

Father's Day Minus My Father

Robert and I will be traveling "home" today for Father's Day. We are from the same town, so it is very convenient to go home for the holidays. I am excited to see my family as well as his, but I'm also very aware that this is my first Father's Day without my dad. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. If only I could talk to him (and he talk back) one more time. I am just so blessed that he was able to be at my wedding and walk me down the aisle. I just hate that he will never see me pregnant or meet my children.

Okay, enough of my sad story. I just hope I can hold it together this weekend. I hate breaking down in front of everyone.

My New Obsession

I have fallen in love with Cefiore frozen yogurt!!! I've eaten there three times in the past two days. It is fat free, low cal fro-yo that tastes DELICIOUS! They have flavors like green tea, raspberry, acaiberry, pomegranate, and chocolate. They have FRESH fruit toppings and OH EM GEE, IT IS GOOD! My favorite so far is the acaiberry with either fresh strawberries or mango on top. If you have a Cefiore near you, you should definitely give it a try.

Tonight = FAIL!

I was doing such a good job with my meals today, that is until Robert took me out to dinner to my favorite Mexican restaurant. Okay, so I know I could have gotten a nice salad or something like that, blah, blah, blah, but did I mention it was my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant? I was already starving because my appetite has been out of whack lately and therefore I did not eat lunch today. I am proud of myself though because I didn't have any margaritas. A trainer once told me that you can either cheat on your meal or on your beverage, but not both at once. Today, I chose my meal. Hopefully the rest of my weekend one be so glutenous.

I want my Bella!!

So, I really really really want 9 weeks to pass so I can get Bella. I don't know when I am going to be able to drive 3 hours to go visit her. I honestly still can't believe that Robert is actually letting us get her! He is so anti dog that I thought I would never be able to have one. I hope Jinxy can deal with a new four-legged animal in her domain.

In other news, I ate semi-healthy today. By semi I mean I only had one cookie and a few chips. Other than that I think I did okay. Now I just have to get back to the gym. Teaching summer school is monopolizing my time!
